Passed the 2024 Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Certification Audit

From April 22nd to 23rd, 2024, Qingchong New Materials successfully completed the re certification audit of the quality system certification, the annual audit of the environmental system certification, and the occupational health and safety system (hereinafter referred to as the "three systems" certification). This indicates that Qingchong New Materials has achieved stable, sustained, and significant results in product quality, environmental protection, and social responsibility.

The "three systems" certification audit of Qingchong New Materials was organized and carried out by the New Century Inspection and Certification Audit Team. Under the leadership of Ms. Pan Qinghui, the General Manager of Qingchong New Materials, the company's finance department, administration department, supply and marketing department, production department, safety department, and quality control department fully cooperated to proceed smoothly.

The audit process is rigorous and meticulous, involving various important aspects of company operations, including business processes, quality control, human resource management, environmental protection, employee health, and more.

During the audit period, the audit team conducted indepth and comprehensive evaluations of the compliance and effectiveness of the company's management system through various methods such as document review, on-site inspection, and employee interviews.

In this audit meeting, the audit team pointed out that Qingchong New Materials failed to provide relevant vouchers for evaluating suppliers in a timely manner. Under the guidance of the audit team, Qingchong New Materials successfully improved this work.

After two days of strict review, the audit team unanimously believes that the organizational environment, occupational health, and enterprise quality management system of Qingchong New Materials operate steadily and meet the requirements of relevant standards and regulations.

Through this audit, Qingchong New Materials was able to gain a deeper understanding of its existing problems and shortcomings, and formulated corresponding improvement measures to enhance the overall operational level and competitiveness of the company. Next, the company will continue to focus on the work of the "three systems", further consolidate and strengthen the construction of the management system, provide customers with higher quality products and services, and make greater contributions to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
